The Mach 10 Hosting Dedicated Server solution provides a server or group of servers fully devoted to the needs of one customer. Each solution is customized and built to fit the customer’s application. The server hardware, routing equipment, and network connectivity are monitored and maintained by Mach 10, while the application and content is maintained by the customer.

Customer Support including account access and monitoring is available 24x7x365 for Mach 10 customers with a Dedicated Server solution. Every Dedicated Server is backed up on a daily basis.

Step 1 - We do one initial backup of all requested files.

Step 2 - We do daily backups of all changes made to these files. The daily backups consist of any additions and deletions made since the last backup. This backup begins at midnight and runs until it is finished.

- The backup is performed on a 1.2 Terabyte, RAID 5 Array.
- The backups are kept for 14 days. So, at any given time you can restore data that was lost or deleted up to two weeks prior.
- The most common backups requested are usually a file or directory that was accidentally deleted. To restore this data simply contact technical support and request the recovery. This can be done via our Customer Service Portal, Email or by Phone. This type of recovery typically takes 5-10 minutes.
- In the unlikely case of complete Hard Drive failure, we must reinstall the OS and then recover all of the files. This type of restore typically takes longer. But in most cases we can have the data restored in less than 2-4 hours.

Mach 10 Hosting is alerted if your server is down and will do whatever is necessary to bring the server back online. We will perform maintenance including applying patches, and software upgrades, creating accounts, and changing configuration.

Every Dedicated Server includes a variety of services including: Redundant Internet Connectivity, Power, and HVAC. Website Statistics, Real-time Bandwidth Statistics, Full FTP Access, SSH Access. Software installed and maintained including, PHP, MySQL, and Apache. Each account also includes Unlimited POP Accounts, Email Aliases, and System Administration.

Ultimately our Dedicated Server solution allows for faster access to information and greater flexibility in software, site management, security, and scalability.

Our computers are a minimum configuration of Pentium III Dual 933 custom built machines with 386MB RAM running Apache over Linux. Our servers are connected to the Internet backbone over one OC3 and two DS3 fiberoptic connections, with a total network capacity of 245 MBPS (million bits per second). You will be able to access and manage your website on our machines using SSH and FTP. With our PlusMail WebControl System, you can even perform management functions using your web browser.
