How to post/reply a topic?

To post a topic, you should go to the board's page that you want to post a topic in, and click the post button.

To reply to a topic, you should go to the topic that you want to reply to, and click the reply button (there are two reply buttons, one is reply the topic normallly, another one is reply the topic with a quote of the message).
